April 17 the Gallery at Tacoma Community College organized a reception for the biannual Art Faculty Exhibition.

The Gallery at Tacoma Community College hosted renowned authors Kathleen Flenniken and Katharine Whitcomb during another night in their Reading Series on April 10th.

Brutally graceful, The Dockyard Derby Dames are a wild and flamboyant bunch of roller skating women who have organized Tacoma’s official Flat Track Roller Derby league.

On March 6, 2008, Tacoma Community College hosted a Symphonic Band concert in the building 3 auditorium.
The thirty minutes of instrumental warm-up was rough, a lot like the long, frenzied passages of a racket and many scraping musical notes, sounding from many different instruments. It was like a piece of a puzzle intended for a larger mosaic to be born.

TCC Students, staff and friends gathered Wednesday, February 27, in Building 11 for a hip-hop dance competition hosted by Student Life. Contestants showed off their skills to big drum beats and dance numbers in friendly rivalry for a number of cash prizes.

The Gallery at Tacoma Community College frequently shows art exhibits. However, this is might be its most special exhibit ever. In this late winter, instructor Marit Berg presents her collective artworks at Tacoma Community College. Berg would like to promote students’ interest that inspires her talent and passion of the beauty of the artwork.
